Our Activism Academy is a 6-month programme, teaching racial justice activism and guiding young people through their own social justice projects, for young people with lived experiences of racial injustice.

We started our anti racism education journey by running Anti-Racism Breakfast Clubs across South London, educating young people about racism on Saturday mornings. From there we developed a comprehensive curriculum to be taught in schools to reach more young people.
Our mission is to create ultimate racial equality by educating young people going through our programmes and encouraging them to be the radical “change they want to see in the world”.
US DIFFERENT
We offer 3 different student workshops that can be tailored to primary or secondary schools. We deliver age-appropriate anti-racism and critical thinking skills and use games and activities to solidify understanding.

“What an illuminating couple of days! Thank you so much for coming to Alleyn's to provide such excellent workshops to our Lower School pupils. You and Sophia (our school facilitator) created a superb atmosphere in which our pupils could expand and strengthen their knowledge and understanding of racism and the importance of challenging it in all its forms. The interactivity and engaging activities allowed real discussion and the time and space for them to question, share experiences and to learn more. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Sophia as well.”
“The sessions were really informative and pitched perfectly for the students. Students were really able to digest the facts which were given to them. They discussed things they had seen on social media and thing that were not really understood were clear to them. The active parts of the sessions were exciting and informative”
“The sessions were fantastic, Sophia and Lara were brilliant speakers and their sessions were thoughtful, motivational and impactful for the students. These incredibly important themes were covered in a really engaging way, and the students really enjoyed participating and asking questions. Thank you!”
